This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bairiya P.S. Case No. 71 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 37(C) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioners are unmarried ladies aged about 19 and 20 years respectively, therefore, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17362 of 2021(2) dt.03-12-2021 2/2 their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Bairiya P.S.
