2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sono (Charka Patthar) P. S. Case No.245 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 448, 323, 324, 354(B), 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. Petitioner is said to have entered into the house of the informant and made attempt to outrage the modesty of her minor daughter. The victim has supported the prosecution story in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner happens to be cousin brother of victim

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4984 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 and as a matter of fact, this false case has been brought on account of land dispute.

5. Regard being had to the above stated facts as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
