The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Majhauliya P.S.Case No.409 of 2018 dated 22.9.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B),201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are the younger brothers of the husband of the deceased and the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are the mother-in-law and the father-in-law respectively and the case is of dowry death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the whole family members have been made accused in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed against them.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7358 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Majhauliya P.S.case No.409 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
