Petitioner is driver of the informant and it is said that he fled away along with the vehicle of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact the vehicle was hired by some other accused persons who fled away along with the vehicle and petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2019, having no criminal antecedent and charge sheet has already been submitted. Heard learned APP also.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
