2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is working on the post of Panchayat Sevak from 12.12.1994 and even after more than 30 years of services, he has not been given the benefit of A.C.P. for which he has been eligible after 10 years of services. He further submit that for grant of A.C.P the petitioner already made a representation i.e. Annexure P/5 dated 30.11.2024 which is still pending. Therefore, it is prayed by the counsel for the petitioner that the petition may be disposed of directing the concerned respondents/competent authorities to consider the claim of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2787 of 2025(2) dt.17-02-2025 2/2 petitioner and decide the pending representation of the petitioner within any stipulated time fixed by this court.

3. The above prayer is not opposed by the counsel for the respondents.

4. Considering the above submissions made by counsels appearing for both the parties, the petition is disposed of. The respondent/competent authority is directed to consider and decide the pending representation made by the petitioner vide Annexure - P/5 dated 30.11.2024, as early as possible probably within 60 days from today and pass a reasoned order in accordance with relevant rules and laws.

5. With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed of.
