The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that while he was returning to his house after withdrawing money from the bank three motorcyclists came and robbed him. The petitioner was arrested on suspicion and his confessional statement was recorded by the I.O. Save and except the confession of the petitioner that too before the police, the I.O. did not collect any tangible evidence to show the involvement of the petitioner in robbing money from the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 08.01.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
