JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2017 Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he belongs to Begusarai and he has no any immovable property in Patna. Therefore, he makes prayer to modify the condition No. 1 of the order dated 2007-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33967 of 2017. Accordingly, condition No. 1 of order dated 20-07-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33967 of 2017 is deemed to be deleted and in place of that, the condition be treated to be inserted that both the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner and they will submit movable property to the satisfaction of the court.
The time for surrender of the petitioner has already expired. Therefore, three weeks' further time is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
