Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.09.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17325 of 2020 for extension of time for furnishing bail bond mentioned in order passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail on 15.09.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17325 of 2020, but due to lockdown, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish his bail bonds within the time directed by this Hon'ble Court.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11411 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2021 2/2 Considering the same, let the period of surrender of the petitioner be extended by four weeks from today, in connection with Both Gaya P.S. Case No.696 of 2018 to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya. Rest of the condition as stipulated in the order dated 15.09.2020 as it is.
