The petitioner seeks bail in Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 357/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have tried to outrage the modesty of the informant.

It is submitted that the FIR was lodged after five days of the occurrence.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 15.06.2015, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
