The petitioner seeks bail in Mehshi P.S. Case No. 100/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Kailash Kumar. Similarly situated co-accused Deepak Kumar and Umesh Rai have already been granted bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajeev Kumar IV, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sadar, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Mehshi P.S.
