Accordingly, the application of petitioner no.1 Kamre Alam @ Qamre Alam is dismissed as withdrawn.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner no. 2 Md. Kalamuddin @ Kalauddin and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bisfi (Aunsi) P.S. Case No. 272 of 2019 registered under Sections 448, 323, 324, 341, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16787 of 2021(2) dt.03-01-2022 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. In the instant case, first information report is lodged after lapse of three days of the alleged occurrence. There is case and counter case in between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner no. 2 Md. Kalamuddin @ Kalauddin be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi (Aunsi) P.S.
