The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The FIR was lodged against unknown after recovery of the dead body in decomposed condition. During the course of investigation name of the petitioner surfaced in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. Except confession no tangible material has come against the petitioner. Similarly situated accused Anil Thakur and Munna Kumar have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner
