Taking into consideration that one toy pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and furthermore, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rail Kiul P.S. Case No. 30 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 638 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-Vth, Lakhisarai.
