2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bachhawara P.S. Case No. 359 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 308(4), 351(2), 351(3), 140(1), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per allegation, on 02.10.2025, the petitioner along with four unknown persons staged a collision with the informant's Bolero, then kidnapped and brutally assaulted the driver. The assailants cut the driver's ear and demanded Rs. 10 lakh ransom under threat of death.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Baleno vehicle of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7434 of 2026(2) dt.17-02-2026 2/2 collided with the vehicle of the informant, Bolero and this is the reason the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has only demanded money to recover damage of the vehicle but the informant gave this, a color of extortion. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is in custody since 04.10.2025.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Bachhawara P.S. Case No. 359 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
