The petitioner seeks bail in Civil Lines P.S. Case no. 67/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant withdrew Rs. 1 lacs from the Bank but his bag containing money was snatched while he was urinating. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was arrested on the basis of C.C.T.V. footage.

It is submitted that the petitioner had also gone to the Bank to check the balance of the account. The police forcibly obtained the confessional statement of the petitioner. Save and except the confession no tangible material is collected. The petitioner is not put on Test Identification Parade. He is in custody since

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Civil Lines P.S.
