Learned counsel for the Election Commission submits that the matter has become infructuous as the Order dated 24.07.2017 passed by learned Munsif 3rd-cum-Election Tribunal, Bhojpur at Ara in Election Petition No. 06 of 2016/ 03 of 2017 has been challenged and the subject matter before the learned trial court was Panchayat Election of 2016 and thereafter, further election has been held in 2021.
