====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 03-02-2020 Office objection is overruled. With the consent of the parties, appeal is taken up for hearing.

Appellant has prayed for the following relief: "For setting aside the order dated 17.01.2020, passed by the learned single Judge in CWJC No. 482 of 2020, and direct the Bihar School Examination Board to allow the Appellant to appear in the Intermediate Examination, 2020, which has been denied for no faulty of the Appellant."

Patna High Court L.P.A No.64 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 Mr. Lalit Kishore, Learned Advocate General, invites our attention to the advertisement issued in daily newspaper "Hindustan" bearing No. PR 54/2020, clarifying that in compartmental examination to be held in near future, cases of students, which could not be processed by the respective institutions, would be allowed to appear, subject to fulfillment of all conditions.

In view of the same, Mr. Lalit Kishore states that the grievances of the appellant stand redressed. As such, present appeal be disposed of in the aforesaid terms. We order accordingly.
