The petitioner seeks bail in Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 134/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and Sadanand Yadav are alleged to have assaulted Sanjay Yadav with Farsa on his head. He got two injuries; one incised wound and another is tenderness. Both the injuries are found on the head of Sanjay Yadav. The petitioner is in jail since 24.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Araria, in connection with Narpatganj P.S.
