The petitioner is languishing in jail since 19.04.2015 in a case instituted under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(ii) (v) SC/ST Act. As per allegation, it is a case of murder of informant's father, namely, Rajendra Paswan by the accused persons due to grazing the field by she-goat.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. General and omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioner. No specific injury has been attributed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38978 of 2015 (3) dt.08-10-2015 against the petitioner. It is a case and counter case. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction learned SDJM, Sikrahana, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S.Case No.123 of 2015.
