This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 171 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant by fists and slaps and also allegation of snatching Rs.4500/-.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and petitioner no.2 has also received injury. Further, they have no

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad, in connection with Mufassil P.S.
