Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking note of this fact that petitioner was caught just after the alleged occurrence and his prayer for bail was earlier rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3454 of 2014, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with session trial no. 655 of 2012, 08 of 2013 arising out of Karpi ( Sahartelpa) P.S.Case No.114 of 2012, Jehanabad, pending in the court of Additional District Judge 1st , Jehanaad stands rejected.
