JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against these petitioners is that they caught the deceased and there after co-accused Chhoten Singh@ Kanhaiya Singh opened fire, causing fire arm injury to the deceased. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st class Judicial Magistrate, at Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Kargahar( Sidhi) P.S.Case No. 101 of 2014.
