The petitioner is languishing in jail since 28.06.2015 in a case instituted under Sections 323, 341, 342, 504, 506, 420, 406, 465, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, it is a case of misappropriation of money of Rs.4,82,100/- by the accused persons. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused due to mistake of fact. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.20,000/- in the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40387 of 2015 (3) dt.27-10-2015 which shall be subject to the final disposal of the case. On behalf of the State and the counsel for the Informant, it has been submitted that the petitioner is said to have misappropriated an amount of Rs.4,82,100/- in collusion with the other accused persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.20,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to final disposal of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S.Case No.494 of 2014.
