The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 303 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 498 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the statement of the prosecutrix made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., where she herself seems to have gone with the petitioner and does not explain as to how her husband and brother-in-law reached the place where she was living with the petitioner, I am inclined to allow bail to the petitioner, in the event of arrest he shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid
