2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered from the possession of the petitioner

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is a person of clean antecedent and is in custody since 05.04.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023.
