The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case no. 260/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 63 of Copy Right Act, 103, 104 of Trade Mark Act and Sections 18(C), 27(b)(ii)A, 18(a)(iv) of Drugs and Cosmetics Act. A shop of New Suraj Farma was searched and from there some duplicate medicines were recovered. The petitioner is a staff of New Suraj Farma. The license standing in the name of Dhiraj Kumar Chandra. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ III, Gaya, in connection with Kotwali P.S.
