A counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent no.4 is filed.
It is stated that all the post retiral dues have been sanctioned and paid to the petitioner except the amount of GPF, Group Insurance and the Earned Leave.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if the application is disposed of permitting the petitioner to ventilate his grievance with regard to non-payment of the other post retiral dues before the District
Patna High Court CWJC No.11359 of 2016 (3) dt.22-10-2016 2/2 Welfare Officer, Nalanda ( respondent no.4) who, in turn, may be directed to consider/examine the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with law. Having appreciated the said stand taken by the petitioner, the counsel for the State has not objected to the disposal of the case in the aforesaid terms.
The writ application is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file appropriate representation for payment of the other admissible dues payable to him under the head(s) GPF, Group Insurance and Earned Leave before the respondent no.4 who shall consider/examine the same and pass appropriate order(s) in accordance with law as quickly as possible preferably within 02 months of such filing/presentation.
