2. An interlocutory application bearing I.A. No. 01 of 2024 has been filed for substituting the name of the legal heirs of the sole petitioner, who died on 09.12.2022, during the pendency of the present writ petition. The particulars of the legal heirs have been duly mentioned in paragraph no. 5 of the interlocutory application.

3. In view of the averments made in the application,

Patna High Court CWJC No.4931 of 2018(4) dt.08-08-2024 2/2 the I.A. No. 01 of 2024 stands allowed.

4. Let the name of the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner be incorporated in the cause title. Office is directed to make necessary correction in this regard.

5. Mr. Arun Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioner further contended that identical matter has already been disposed of vide order dated 18.07.2024 passed in CWJC No. 4869 of 2018 and other analogous cases.

6. Learned Advocate for the State as well as Patna High Court have no objection.

7. In view thereof, the present writ petition also stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 18.07.2024. The impugned order dated 01.11.2017 to the extent it relates to the newly added petitioners stands quashed.
