1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Purnia vide order dated 12.11.2020 passed in A.B.P. No.696 of 2020.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.243 of 2020.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
