Petitioner happens to be Dewar of the informant and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that a quarrel took place between the parties on account of dispute of the partition and in the aforesaid quarrel, both parties assaulted to each others, though informant sustained altogether 9 injuries and one injury on her person was found grievous in nature.
Taking into consideration the submissions of the parties as well as facts and circumstances and also this aspect of the matter that petitioner is in jail custody since 20.6.2015 without having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Roh P.S. Case no. 38/2015.
