Opposite Party/s ====================================================== CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 The petitioner is the father-in-law and is in custody in relation to Khodaganj Police Station (PS) Case No 139 of 2013 instituted under Sections 304B, 201, 120B/34 of Indian Penal Code. He is in custody since 21.04.2014.

My attention is drawn to the order of the learned Sessions Judge dated 16.08.2014 in which he has clearly granted leave to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not started within three months. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the trial has not yet started.

Be that as it may, as the trial has not yet started, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa in Khodaganj PS Case No 139 2013.
