2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 63 and 65 of Copy Right Act 1957 .
3. As per the prosecution case, duplicate articles of 15 branded products were recovered in huge quantity from the house of one Jibu Kishor Yadav and this petitioner was found working in the go-down .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . He is simply working in the said house . Petitioner is neither the owner of the house nor he has any concern with the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11056 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 alleged recovered articles. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate , Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S. case No. 162 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
