2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the grievance as mentioned in paragraph 1(I) i.e., arrears of salary for the period from 12.12.2013 to 03.07.2014, has been paid. Counsel submits that the second grievance has not been settled.

3. In the light of the submissions, this writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to file fresh representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.10633 of 2016(4) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 before the authority concerned within 30 days from today for the second grievance and authority concerned shall pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation of the petitioner within 90 days thereafter.
