Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for bail of these petitioners was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 25.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45736/2019. By order dated 28.07.2021 a report was called for from the trial court about the stage of trial which reveals that charge has been framed on 17.01.2020 and summons against the prosecution witnesses have already been issued and prosecution has been directed to produce the witness

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17831 of 2021(3) dt.15-09-2021 2/2 and the case is running for prosecution evidence. Considering the nature of accusation and stage of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
