The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, it is stated that three accused persons variously armed entered the Bank premises and on the point of pistol looted a sum of Rs. 5.73 lacs approx. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in paragraph 22 of the case diary in the confessional statement of co-accused Mani Kumar @ Mani Singh who has himself been enlarged on bail vide order dated 9.7.2021 passed in Cr. Misc.no. 3547 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17597 of 2021(3) dt.29-09-2021 2/2 2021. The petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade inspite of being in custody since 22.5.2020. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for over 1 year and grant of bail to coaccused Mani Kumar, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case no. 134 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, East Champaran, Motihari.
