Petitioner is named in the first information report on two grounds; firstly, he took the deceased from his house and secondly, petitioner had illicit relation with wife of the deceased. Except the aforesaid materials, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 23-04-2015. Admittedly, none has seen actual killing of the deceased and even if, the circumstances collected against the petitioner are assumed to be true, then also, it is only a case of last seen. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten
