This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Naubatpur PS Case no.433 of 2019 (G.r.No.2416 of 2019) for the offences under Sections 504, 506, 387, 386 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the FIR, petitioner along with the other accused persons came to the shop of informant and demanded Rs.01 lac as extortion and it is also alleged that earlier also they had made such demand from several other shopkeepers and further allegation of demand by mobile also. It also appears from the petition that petitioner is accused in four other cases . Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that mobile does not belong to the petitioner. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6053 of 2020(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 has been falsely implicated . He is in custody since 8.8.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there are specific allegation against the petitioner also of demand of extortion..

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
