1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. For direction upon the respondent no.2 to consider and grant promotion to the petitioner from the post of Village Level Worker/ Village Extension Worker (VLW/VEW) to the post of Block Agriculture Officer and other equivalent post with all consequential monetary benefit as well as seniority from the date when junior to the petitioner has been so promoted."

2. Considering the nature of relief, sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, if any.
