This matter relates to selection and appointment of Anganbari Sevika, which was initiated but, in the mid-way it has been dropped after publication of the provisional merit list. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court may give direction to the respondents for initiation of fresh process of selection for appointment of Anganbari Sevika. Let the Child Development Project Officer, Majhaulia, District- West Champaran, initiate fresh process for

Patna High Court CWJC No.11351 of 2016(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 selection and appointment of Anganbari Sevika without any delay and complete the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
