2. The petitioner herein is convicted by the Trial Court for the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, which has been duly affirmed by learned Appellate Court.

3. Vide order dated 09.05.2024, this Court directed the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within five weeks. As submitted by the counsel for O.P., till today, the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 09.05.2024.

4. The matter was listed on 18.07.2024 and again it has been listed today on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, but today, none appears on behalf of the

5. Looking to the above, it appears that the petitioner is not taking any interest to pursue this petition or to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 09.05.2024.
