The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused. It is stated that some articles were recovered from the house of the petitioner, but the learned Additional Sessions Judge has not stated that the articles were duly identified by the informant. The petitioner was not put on test identification parade and he is in jail since 06.06.2015.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
