The petitioner seeks bail in Sheikhpura P.S. Case no. 486/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act. From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 10.12.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about nine months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.
