2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction, especially in the nature of mandamus, directing the Respondent concerned to enhance the amount of award as Rs. 15.0 lakh in place

(ii) for issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to prepare and enhance the award of the petitioner as per the new Act 24(2) of the Land Acquisition Act as well as on the basis of direction issued by the Hon'ble Apex Court;

(iii) for issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction as your lordships may deem fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as for which the petitioner may be found entitled thereto.

3. A counter affidavit of the respondent nos. 5 to 7 and 9 is on record and the learned counsel has taken this Court to para-14 to show that the writ petitioner received compensation and six years later, the present writ petition has

4. This counter affidavit was served to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the year 2018 and there is no reply to it.
