JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-03-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition can be disposed off with a direction to the disciplinary authority to dispose off the on going departmental proceeding within a stipulated time frame.

In view of the aforesaid, the disciplinary authority is directed to conclude the departmental proceeding and pass the final order within a period of four months from today, failing which the order of suspension shall stand revoked automatically. It is further directed that the respondents shall pay the arrears of subsistence allowance within a period of two weeks from today. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
