2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the Bihar School

Patna High Court CWJC No.4043 of 2020(2) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 Examination Board submits that admittedly since long there had been dispute of Principalship at institution in question and there had been several rounds of litigation in this connection. This Court, on an earlier occasion, in writ petition bearing CWJC No. 19992/2016 preferred by petitioner no.2, has been pleased to observe that:

"The petitioner shall be at liberty to seek his remedy before appropriate forum for resolution of the dispute, including by way of filing a suit, if so advised."

3. In view of the facts aforesaid, this Court deems it fit to dispose of this writ application with a liberty to the petitioners to file a suit before the appropriate forum, if so advised. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) divyanshi/- U
