The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 367, 374 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have kidnapped the husband of the informant. It is further alleged that the husband of the informant was a labour and the petitioners were not paying his due wages.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioners, they above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K.
