Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 326 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other FIR named accused persons, inflicted knife blow as a result of which both sons of informant sustained injuries. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner rather the allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6458 of 2022(4) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner along with other accused persons inflicted knife blow on the two sons of informant and injury report shows incised wound and stab injuries in their abdomen.

Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
