JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b), 26, 35 of the Arms Act. One country made Kutta was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, for which petitioner is in jail custody since 09.10.2018.

No doubt, petitioner does have criminal antecedent of some cases but considering his period of detention as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.
