The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25(1-B) A, 26, of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession one country made pistol was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 04.08.2014 and he has already remained in jail for 13 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Patna City, Patna in S. T. No. 1071 of 2014 arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case No. 282 of 2014.
