The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 3 / 4 of Witches Crafts Act. There is omnibus and general allegation. The informant alleged that all the accused persons assaulted him with fist and slap on making accusation of practicing witch crafts. The petitioner is said to have snatched ornaments worth Rs.20,000/-. There is also a counter version.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
